When emotions are high after a race, parents are encouraged to wait before raising non-emergency complaints.

If an issue does not involve immediate safety, allow approximately 24 hours before initiating a difficult conversation.

This gives everyone an opportunity to:

  • Cool down.
  • Think clearly.
  • Separate facts from emotions.
  • Consider the rider’s perspective.
  • Determine whether the issue actually requires action.

Safety concerns should always be reported immediately.
