The NXGen Race Team represents the highest competitive level within our youth rider development program.
These aren’t simply riders whose families purchased a team package.

Race Team selection is based on a combination of riding ability, development, safety, commitment, coachability, sportsmanship, and competitive readiness.

NXGen Race Team positions are not guaranteed by membership level, sponsorship contribution, or family resources.
Riders are evaluated on their development and readiness.
Race Team Development
Selected riders receive an elevated development experience focused on competitive performance.
The objective isn’t simply to create faster riders.
It’s to create complete competitors.
Training may include:
Advanced riding skills
Racecraft
Race strategy
Starts and passing
Video analysis
Race preparation
Physical conditioning
Mental preparation
ATV setup education
Competition planning
Performance evaluation
