Meet The Leadership Team
Landon
Landon Roser, President of NXGen Racing Development, is a lifelong dirt bike racing enthusiast with a passion for everything off-road. Beyond the track, Landon serves as an elder at The Bridge Church and is excited to combine his love for racing with his passion for working with kids. He enjoys being in the pits, guiding and coaching young racers, sharing lunch, talking bikes, and helping the next generation develop both on and off the track. For Landon, NXGen is about more than racing—it’s about building relationships, creating memories, and helping kids discover the joy and confidence that comes from being part of the off-road community.
James
James Hopper, Vice President of NXGen Racing Development, is a professional ATV racer with a distinguished history in off-road racing and the ATXMX National Championships. As the owner of local mobile mechanic Commonplex Automotive, James brings a deep passion for mechanics, engineering, and performance to everything he does. He loves dreaming big about what’s possible mechanically and pushing engineering concepts to see just how far a product can be developed. Most importantly, James is here for the kids. He enjoys sitting around the pits with the young racers, developing race strategies, talking bikes and ATVs, and coaching them on racecraft. His goal is to help each rider become smarter, more confident, and better prepared every time they hit the track.
Hailley
Hailley Smith, Secretary of NXGen Racing Development, is the heart of the team and the ultimate “Mom in the Pits.” She keeps everything moving behind the scenes—making sure the kids are where they need to be, when they need to be there, while keeping everyone organized and taken care of throughout race weekend. But Hailley’s biggest role is being the team’s number-one cheerleader. Whether the kids are lining up at the gate, coming off the track, or celebrating a big accomplishment, she’s there with encouragement, support, and plenty of enthusiasm. NXGen wouldn’t be the same without her dedication to the kids and the race team!
Julie
Julie Roser, Treasurer of NXGen Racing Development, is the mom behind the scenes who helps make the racing happen. As the heartbeat of the team’s financial operations, Julie manages the money, cash flow, budgeting, and financial risks that keep NXGen moving forward. Her dedication goes far beyond balancing the books—she’s helping build a strong financial foundation designed to provide opportunities and stability for our young racers well into the future. With a passion for the kids and a commitment to the team’s long-term success, Julie plays a vital role in making sure NXGen can continue developing the next generation of off-road racers for years to come.
