When emotions are high after a race, parents are encouraged to wait before raising non-emergency complaints.
If an issue does not involve immediate safety, allow approximately 24 hours before initiating a difficult conversation.
This gives everyone an opportunity to:
- Cool down.
- Think clearly.
- Separate facts from emotions.
- Consider the rider’s perspective.
- Determine whether the issue actually requires action.
Safety concerns should always be reported immediately.
