NXGen will establish official communication channels for:

• Race schedules
• Practice schedules
• Team meetings
• Travel
• Weather updates
• Volunteer assignments
• Equipment requirements
• Sponsor activities
• Emergency communications

Parents should monitor official team communications and respond when action is required.

Communication Rule

If you have a concern, bring it to the appropriate person—not the group chat, social media, or another parent.
