Every parent or guardian participating with NXGen Racing Team is expected to support the following principles:

I will put my child’s safety, development, and well-being ahead of race results.

I will allow coaches to coach and officials to officiate.

I will encourage my rider without placing unreasonable pressure on them.

I will demonstrate respect toward competitors, families, officials, volunteers, and track personnel.

I will help my rider learn from both success and failure.

I will remember that my child’s racing experience belongs to my child.

I will represent NXGen Racing Team with professionalism and integrity.
